The team here at Vande Rose Farms is committed to providing the highest quality food in the world. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we encourage you to contact us via email at info@VandeRoseFarms.com.

Products will ship frozen with dry ice. Upon receiving products should be placed in a refrigerator or freezer within the same day as received.

Unfortunately, our meats cannot be returned or exchanged. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis.

If your order arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.

Returns

For instances where product is defective, damaged or contaminated, please take photos of the products so we can properly research to inhibit future issues. Without images of the issues, we are unable to grow and better our process. Please contact us to request a refund or replacement of your purchase within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only valid for defective or damaged product. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued as a store credit or applied to your credit card or the original method of payment.
