Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 325°F.

Season: Rub the rack of ribs with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your choice of spices such as paprika, garlic powder, and brown sugar for a balanced, flavorful crust.

Roast: Place the roast in a roasting pan and place in oven. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F, about 1 1/2 hours.

Rest and Serve: Let the roast rest for 10 minutes cutting, serve as a roast or slice between bones and serve as chops.
Shipping & Delivery
All products will ship frozen with dry ice in an insulated cooler. Delivery varies based on which day of the week your order is placed. We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week. Your order will deliver within 14 business days of placement.
- All shipments will be delivered via FedEx.
- Orders placed between Tuesday and Friday of each week will deliver via FedEx by the following Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. This schedule excludes dates affected by a holiday.
- We are unable to ship internationally or into P.O. Boxes.
