Cooking Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Score and Season: Score the pork belly skin and rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Roast: Place on a wire rack over a baking sheet, skin side up. Roast for 30 minutes until the skin crisps.
- Slow Cook: Lower oven temperature to 325°F (165°C) and roast for another 1.5 to 2 hours until tender.
- Rest and Serve: Let rest for 10-15 minutes, then slice and serve

All products will ship frozen with dry ice in an insulated cooler. Delivery varies based on which day of the week your order is placed. We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week. Your order will deliver within 14 business days of placement.

- Orders placed between Tuesday and Friday of each week will deliver via FedEx by the following Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. This schedule excludes dates affected by a holiday.
