Cooking Instructions
  • Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 300°F (150°C).

  • Season: Rub the rack of ribs with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your choice of spices such as paprika, garlic powder, and brown sugar for a balanced, flavorful crust.

  • Sear (Optional): For added texture, sear the ribs in a hot skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned.

  • Roast: Place the ribs on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan, cover loosely with foil, and roast for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and pulls away easily from the bone.

  • Glaze (Optional): During the last 30 minutes of roasting, brush with your favorite barbecue sauce for a caramelized finish.

  • Rest and Serve: Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before cutting into individual portions. Enjoy!

Shipping & Delivery

All products will ship frozen with dry ice in an insulated cooler. Delivery varies based on which day of the week your order is placed.  We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week. Your order will deliver within 14 business days of placement.

  • All shipments will be delivered via FedEx.
  • Orders placed between Tuesday and Friday of each week will deliver via FedEx by the following Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. This schedule excludes dates affected by a holiday.
  • We are unable to ship internationally or into P.O. Boxes.
